Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients of WOLK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("WOLK", "we", "us", or "our") may cancel services and request refunds. We are committed to being fair and transparent in all our dealings.
2. Custom Service Engagements
As our services are tailored to each client, refund and cancellation terms are typically outlined in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. The following general terms apply unless otherwise specified in your SOW:
3. Cancellation by the Client
- Before project commencement: If you cancel before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, less any reasonable administrative costs incurred.
- During a project: You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including any third-party costs committed on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, media placements).
- Retainer services: Retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Any unused portion of a prepaid retainer period is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation by WOLK
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices after reasonable notice (14 days from the due date)
- Material breach of the service agreement by the client
- Client requests that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
In such cases, fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
5. Refund Eligibility
- Eligible: Fees paid for services not yet rendered or delivered, subject to any administrative costs and third-party commitments already made.
- Not eligible: Fees for services already delivered, completed work, committed third-party costs (including media spend), and used portions of retainer agreements.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Contact us in writing at hello@wolkdigital.com
- Include your company name, project reference, and reason for cancellation
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method
7. Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs
Please note that any advertising spend or third-party costs committed on your behalf are governed by the respective platform's policies and may not be refundable. WOLK is not responsible for refunding ad spend or fees paid to third-party platforms, tools, or vendors. These costs are separate from our service fees.
8. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services or believe a refund is warranted, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be governed by the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
