Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

1. Nature of Services
WOLK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("WOLK") provides digital marketing services, including creative strategy, media buying, and conversion rate optimisation. All services are delivered remotely and digitally — no physical goods are shipped.
2. Service Delivery Schedule
All WOLK services are delivered on a rolling monthly basis. Each engagement runs in 30-day service cycles that begin on the date of first payment and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- Creative Strategy: Static image ad deliverables (as per the chosen plan) are produced and delivered throughout each 30-day cycle, on an ongoing rolling basis.
- Media Buying: Campaigns are planned, launched, monitored, and optimised continuously throughout each 30-day cycle, with reporting issued at agreed intervals.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Audits, tests, and optimisations are delivered throughout each 30-day cycle according to the scope agreed at onboarding.
3. Onboarding & First Delivery
Following receipt of payment and a signed proposal, client onboarding typically begins within 1–3 business days. The first deliverables are generally issued within 5–10 business days of onboarding, depending on the service and scope. Exact timelines are confirmed in the proposal.
4. Payment Terms
Clients pay for 30 days of service upfront. On request, monthly fees can be split into biweekly or weekly instalments, agreed in writing before the service cycle begins.
We accept USD, EUR and GBP. Payments are processed via Wise, and we accept domestic and international wire transfers, card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. How Deliverables Are Provided
Deliverables are shared digitally — via email, shared cloud folders (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io), project management tools, or directly inside the client's ad accounts. Access details are confirmed during onboarding.
6. Delays & Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on the client providing necessary access, assets, brand materials, and feedback when requested. Delays caused by outstanding client input may extend delivery timelines accordingly, without affecting the billing cycle.
